Driven by Purpose. Dedicated to Caring. Committed to Lifelong Learning.

My journey into nursing began long before I earned my degree. Born and raised in Iran, I came to the United States with a dream of creating new opportunities and building a meaningful future through education, hard work, and service to others. Like many immigrants, I faced the challenges of adapting to a new language, culture, and healthcare system while navigating an unfamiliar path toward my goals.

Through determination and perseverance, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began my career as a Registered Nurse at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Working in a progressive care setting has allowed me to care for patients during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives while strengthening my clinical judgment, compassion, and commitment to excellence.

Today, I am continuing my professional journey as a Family Nurse Practitioner student at Azusa Pacific University. My experiences as an immigrant, nurse, and lifelong learner have shaped my belief that healthcare extends beyond treating illness—it is about building trust, advocating for patients, supporting families, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

I am proud of how far I have come and grateful for every challenge that has helped me grow. As I continue advancing my education and clinical practice, I remain committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and serving diverse communities with empathy, respect, and dedication.
